New Mary Kay or Avon Promotion

This promotion applies to all Mary Kay consultants and Avon representatives in the state of Arizona!

First promo
I will take a glamour photo of the consultant all done up in Mary Kay or Avon makeup. Then I do some work on it and make it into a mock brochure cover. It advertises you to your customers and promotes you as a consultant. It also gets customers to see how great they can look in the makeup! You can display it at parties to promote new customers to book.

This is an example of what it could look like, with my beautiful model Danielle:


I can set up a small studio at weekly or monthly consultant meetings and take glamour shots of all the consultants. Or if an individual consultant is interested, I am open to anything. I will offer a free 8x10 picture. (I would take off my logo of course!)

Second promo
The second offer is for consultants to provide this service at parties. It can be a "Glamour Model" party that hostesses can choose. The customers get all dolled up in their makeup and I set up a small studio at the host's house. I take glamour photos of all the participants and I will give them a free 8x10 photo. They can also choose a photo without the graphic elements. I will offer them additional prints at various sizes for additional fees. So we both benefit, because they get a nice photo and feel glamorous in their makeup and hopefully will order more product, and I get to build my client base!

First Wedding of the season

This was my first wedding with Keri Doolittle. It was tons of fun! It was for a great couple and it was all downtown! We were able to go around downtown Phoenix to hang out and take photos. Hope you enjoy. Thanks!

As you know, I do some event photography for a local magazine in Arizona. I decided I should post some photos from past events. So here is the first set from a clothing store holiday party.

My June Ad

So here's my ad. Keep in mind this is only a 1/6 page, 6+ inches by 2+ inches. I think since it's colorful, people will be drawn to it....at least hopefully. The theme for the issue is "VIPs in the Valley." So I figured that I should concentrate on portraiture. This is a relatively new design as well. So I'm still figiting with it. I'll begin to do more edits the more I advertise. I'd love your feedback. Thanks!

Mag Ad

So, I was recently offered a trade for a local magazine. I do some event photography for them, and I agreed to trade my services once for a 1/6 page ad in their magazine. It goes to the most affluent people in the Valley, and I think it is fairly well read. So this will be my first forray into advertising in a semi-major publication in the Valley. It should be interesting to see if I get any interest from it. If anything, it will be a good experiment. If it doesn't work, I'll just go back to getting paid =)

It's due this Friday so I will be working on the design. I will post what I come up with by Friday. Keep you posted....

Urban Grundge Photo Shoot

Went on a model photo shoot this weekend with a few other photogs in downtown Phoenix. The photog who organized the shoot, Kerry Allen, found a wonderfully grundge location!! There was an open warehouse where some guys were spray-painting some awesome murals all over the walls. We had three models, Ashley, Hailey, and Kristin. Hope you like the pics!
